Derek Baskerville began his career in Design after completing a practicum at Ottawa’s National Arts Centre. He has worked for Ontario’s premiere Theatre Companies - The Shaw Festival, The Canadian Opera Company, and the Stratford Festival. Derek Baskerville’s Film and T.V. Credits include the iconic Canadian classic, Anne of Green Gables, Margaret Atwood’s Betty ( Gemini Nominee, Best Costume Design), and HBO/CBC The Kids In The Hall. Other career highlights include; Dark Angel (Fox), So Weird (Disney), For Those Who Hunt The Wounded Down, The Anachronism (Leo Award Winner, Best Costume Design), …..Derek travelled to Vancouver to be a personal costumer for Robin William’s and subsequently spent 12 years traveling the world on his projects.
